Spring Bluff Industries is a full service, privately-held Construction & Development company that offers construction, development and management services for  industrial and commercial office properties. We are based in Spring Grove, Illinois.  We primarily service clients in the greater Far Northwest Suburbs of Chicago.

We have grown to become one of the area's top development and construction companies specializing in build-to-suit and multi-tenant industrial and office properties. Our current portfolio of owned properties totals over 250,000 square feet, comprised mainly of office and industrial facilities.

Spring Bluff Industries offers clients proven and effective systems of planning, project management and construction practices that result in efficient, state of the art facilities.  Our approach to the planning, design and construction process has delivered millions of dollars in operational cost savings to our past clients.

All construction, development, leasing and management is done in house, by the company's highly dedicated and experienced staff.  

The Principles:

Mark Schiller - Mark has been active in the construction industry in Northern Illinois for over 25 years.

Ron Weidner - Ron heads up the land management division of the firm. He has 30 years of experience in commercial land development and concrete industries.
